Feedpack terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you, the merchant who installs Feedpack, and Vestrivo (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Feedpack you accept them. If you install it for a business, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

Your use of Shopify itself is governed by Shopify’s terms. Our Feedpack privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Feedpack helps you collect product and store reviews from your customers, import reviews from other apps, moderate and reply to them, and show them in your store through theme app blocks. We may improve, change or remove features over time; we’ll tell you in advance about changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes.

• Ask for reviews lawfully. You’re responsible for having the consent or other legal basis that your customers’ countries require before Feedpack contacts them on your behalf.
• Keep reviews honest. Don’t write or publish fake reviews or review your own products as if you were a customer. If you offer an incentive for reviews, offer it for any honest review, not only positive ones, and make sure those reviews are labelled — Feedpack shows the label to shoppers for incentivised reviews it knows about.
• Don’t use Feedpack to publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content, or content you don’t have the right to show.
• Respond to your customers’ privacy requests. Feedpack handles the requests Shopify forwards to us, as described in the privacy policy.
• Keep access to your Shopify admin secure. You’re responsible for activity in Feedpack under your store.

You own your reviews, replies and store content. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display them only as needed to provide Feedpack to you — for example, to show reviews in your store and to send the reviews file you share with Google. You can download every review as a CSV file at any time.

Every plan includes all of Feedpack’s features. Plans differ in monthly review requests and photo and video storage:

• Free — $0 a month: 50 review requests a month and 1 GB of photo and video storage.
• Growth — $9.90 a month: 300 review requests a month and 10 GB of photo and video storage.
• Pro — $24.90 a month: 1,500 review requests a month and 50 GB of photo and video storage.

Prices are in US dollars and are billed monthly through Shopify, together with any taxes Shopify applies. You can change or cancel your plan from your Shopify admin. Shopify asks you to approve any new charge, and we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of your plan. If you think you were charged in error, contact us.

You can uninstall Feedpack at any time; paid plans stop being billed through Shopify’s billing system. Download your reviews before uninstalling if you want to keep them: 48 hours after you uninstall, Shopify asks us to delete your store’s data, and we do.

Don’t misuse Feedpack: don’t try to access other stores’ data, disrupt or overload the service, work around its limits or security, or use it to send spam. We may suspend access that puts the service or other merchants at risk, and we’ll tell you why when we can.

Feedpack works with Shopify, your theme and, if you choose, Google Merchant Center. Those services are run by others under their own terms, and changes on their side can affect how Feedpack works.

We work to keep Feedpack available and reliable, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Support is available by email at support@ampersand.co.il.

To the extent the law allows, Feedpack is provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Feedpack is limited to the amount you paid us for Feedpack in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

We’ll update this page when these terms change and revise the date at the top. We’ll tell you about significant changes in the app or by email before they take effect.
