Ask when the product has had time
Three timing presets — everyday, gift or occasion, made to order — and one reminder at most. You see who would be asked, and when, before anything is sent.
Reviews that look like your store
Stars, a review list, a photo gallery, a carousel, a rating badge and a reviews button that opens every review in a window. Each block takes your theme’s fonts and colours.
Bring your history, not guesses
Import from Loox, Judge.me, Yotpo and other apps, or any spreadsheet. Rows that don’t match a product wait for you, and every import can be undone for 7 days.
Verified means verified
A reviewer is marked as a verified buyer only when the Shopify order exists, wasn’t cancelled and contains the product. Reviews are never hidden because of their star rating.
Found on Google
Structured data for search results, a Google Shopping product-ratings feed, and Shopify’s standard rating fields so theme stars and Search & Discovery filters use your reviews.
Hebrew and English, properly
The admin, the storefront blocks and the customer form work in Hebrew and English, with full right-to-left layout and dates and numbers in the shopper’s language.

Import
Upload the export from your current app. Check the counts and a sample, resolve anything unmatched, then apply.

Add the blocks you want in the theme editor. Feedpack previews each design with your own reviews first.

Can I install Feedpack today?
Feedpack is running with a pilot merchant and being prepared for Shopify App Store submission. It isn’t available to install yet. To hear when it’s listed, send us a message and choose “Feedpack”.
Can I move my reviews from Loox, Judge.me or another app?
Yes. Export a CSV from your current app and upload it. Feedpack recognises exports from Loox, Judge.me, Yotpo, Okendo, Stamped, Junip and eight other apps, and lets you map the columns of any other file yourself.
You see how many rows will be added, which already exist and which need a product before anything is saved. Rows that don’t match a product are never guessed, and each import can be undone for 7 days.
What does “verified buyer” mean in Feedpack?
Feedpack marks a reviewer as a verified buyer only after checking that the Shopify order exists, wasn’t cancelled and contains the reviewed product. Reviews imported as “verified” by another app keep that app’s label until the order is confirmed.
Will Feedpack change my theme?
No. Feedpack’s blocks are Shopify theme app blocks: they appear only where you add them in the theme editor, and you can remove them at any time. The app never edits theme files.
Does Feedpack hide low ratings?
No. Feedpack never holds back or hides a review because of its star rating. You decide what to publish with the same rules for every review, and you can reply publicly to any of them.
What happens to my reviews if I stop using Feedpack?
They’re yours. You can download every review as a plain CSV file at any time. It imports straight back into Feedpack, and you can take it to any other app.
How does billing work?
Plans are charged in US dollars on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan from the Shopify admin. See the terms of service for details.
What data does Feedpack keep?
Only what it needs to collect and show reviews. The Feedpack privacy policy lists every kind of data, why it’s used and how long it’s kept.
